How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your order 7-14 business days after payment is received, depending on the items ordered and the arrival city.
How do garments fit?
All sweat suits fit true to size, however, for a more modern fit (fitted), we suggest going down a size. Size small is the smallest size we carry and will fit true to size. All hoodies fit true to size, so there is no need to alter the size of this garment.
What if my package is lost by the post office, I do not receive my package or it is stolen from my door?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number states it was processed by the USPS or delivered to the address, it is out of our hands and we are not liable to send another package or refund. Please contact the USPS with your tracking number to file a claim.
Return policy:
All purchases are final, absolutely no refunds. Items received cannot be refunded or exchanged for different style item, only ONLINE STORE credit, within 7 days of purchase. All garments are true to size, we suggest going up a size if you are uncertain. We do not cover shipping costs to ship your item back for returns/exchanges unless the error is our fault; otherwise, you are liable for the shipping costs.
